The Zermatt Room is “Our Fondue and Raclette Experience” – recently chosen by Food & Wine Magazine as one of the Best Fondues in the U.S.! Come in to experience this interactive dining tradition born high in the Swiss Alps, ideal for friends and family to gather and focus on relaxing, sociable eating and drinking.
What to expect…
You and your group will operate your own tabletop Raclette machine to grill your chosen bite size meats and vegetables on the top while melting the distinct Raclette cheese below the grill. After you cover your grilled morsels with the flavorful melted cheese, finish them with one of our delicious hand-made dipping sauces.
Chef Markus P. Georg serves the four varieties of melted cheese (St. Moritz raclette, classic Swiss fondue, Taos pepper fondue and smoked Gouda fondue) with baguette, smoked chipolata sausages, seasonal vegetables and dry-aged, locally raised beef.
The combinations are endless and you will have a great time creating you’re own Raclette masterpieces! The Zermatt Room is a great place to gather with a group and host parties!
