While some signature menu items served at the former Cherry Creek location remain, Chef Markus has crafted a menu featuring a line of dishes inspired by classic European cuisine. In addition to its exquisite menu, Chinook is excited to introduce the “Zermatt Room,” a room dedicated to Raclette and Fondue. Raclette, an interactive dining tradition born high in the Swiss Alps, is ideal for a gathering of friends and family that focuses on relaxed, sociable eating and drinking (Chef Markus Bio).
