Denver Restaurant Week, Feb. 20 – March 1

Mark your calendars for February 20 – March 1 as we once again partake in celebrating Denver’s culinary scene during Denver Restaurant Week! We will offer a multi-course dinner for the fixed price of $60 for two, or $30 for one (tax/gratuity not included). Make sure to check out the Zermatt Room, “Our Fondue and Raclette Experience” menu as well!

APPETIZERS & SOUP (CHOICE OF ONE)

Almond Crusted Shrimp Cake ~ roasted bell pepper sauce & micro greens

Fried Brie ~ Swedish lingonberries, fresh fruit, grilled artisan focaccia

Seared Pepper Crusted Carpaccio ~ mustard aioli, fire roasted bell peppers, red onions, capers & shaved parmesan

Florentine Salad ~ baby spinach, pickled onion, candied pecans, smoked portobello mushrooms, soft chevre, dijon mustard vinaigrette (gluten free)

Lobster Bisque ~ served with fresh cream

Penn Cove Mussels ($7 Additional) ~ coconut curry lemon grass broth & artisan flat bread (Gluten free w/o bread)

Classic Chinook Pork Weiner Schnitzel (Substitute Veal $7 Additional) ~ bratkartoffel, oven roasted vegetables & fresh lemon (“a la holstein” add fried egg $2 Additional)

Classic Chinook Pork Jaeger Schnitzel (Substitute Veal $7 Additional) ~ spaetzle, oven roasted seasonal vegetable medley & wild mushroom cream sauce

Classic Chinook Rotisserie Duck ($8 Additional) ~ semmelknoedel, old world red cabbage, black currant & orange marmalade glaze (Gluten free w/o Semmelknoedel)

Applewood Grilled Flat Iron Steak & Butter Poached Shrimp ~ almond croquettes, asparagus & sauce bearnaise (Gluten free w/o croquette)

Ruby Red Trout a la Plancha ~ warm arugula Apennine potato salad, oven dried cherry heirloom tomatoes & basil port wine reduction

Sun Dried Tomato Polenta ~ oven roasted tomatoes, fresh basil pesto, house-made buffalo mozzarella, caramelized medley of mushrooms & zesty tomato sauce

House Baked Apple Strudel ~ caramel sauce & creme anglaise

Flourless Chocolate Torte ~ fresh berries & cream (gluten free)

 

5280 Zermatt Room Raclette Menu ~ $30 per person

FIRST COURSE (CHOICE OF ONE)

($7 additional per person, minimum order of two)

Zermatt Fondue ~ blend of exquisite swiss cheeses with white wine, kirshwasser and garlic served with potatoes, seasonal vegetables and artisan baguette

Taos Pepper Fondue ~ blend of exquisite swiss cheeses with hatch green chilies and sun dried tomatoes served with potatoes, seasonal vegetables and artisan baguette

ENTREE

St. Moritz Raclette ~ raclette cheese, chipolata and smoked sausages, seasonal vegetables, new potatoes, wine braised onions and cornichons. Served with a choice of marinated beef or chicken medallions and our signature dipping sauces ~ quince tzatziki, chipotle horseradish and banana curry.

DESSERT

Rote Gruetze ~ our signature dessert, a combination of sweet and sour cherries mixed with raspberries and boysenberries topped with creme anglaise. (gluten free)

 

We are located at Village Center Station (just off the Arapahoe Light Rail Stop) in Greenwood Village. Complimentary covered parking, garage entrance located directly on North side of our building.
