For its 10th anniversary, VISIT DENVER’s Denver Restaurant Week is twice as exciting with both a winter and summer version. Great news…it’s time for the summer version! Join us Saturday, August 23 through Friday, August 29!

 

Summer Denver Restaurant Week Menu

Appetizers & Soup (choice of one)

Almond Crusted Shrimp Cake ~ roasted sweet red bell pepper sauce & micro greens

Fried Brie ~ Swedish lingonberries, fresh fruit & grilled artisan focaccia

Chopped Greek Salad ~ cucumbers, bell peppers, bermuda onions, tomatoes,  baby arugula, kalamata olives & fetta cheese

Colorado Sweet Corn Chowder ~  fresh cream

Steamed Prince Edward Island Mussels ($7 Additional) ~ coconut curry lemon grass broth & artisan grilled flat bread

 

Entrees (choice of one)

*Classic Chinook Pork Jaeger Schnitzel (Substitute Veal $7 Additional) ~ spaetzle, oven roasted  seasonal vegetable medley & wild mushroom cream suace

*Chicken Saltimbocca Paillard ~ Prosciutto, Gruyere cheese, asparagus, herb risotto cake & white wine mushroom butter sauce

*Apple Wood Grilled Flat Iron Steak ~  wilted spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, Jack Daniels  demi & beer battered onions rings

*Seared North Atlantic Salmon a la Plancha ~  asparagus, lobster brandade & estragon nage

Quinoa Roasted Vegetable Piperade ~  toasted almonds, sun-dried cranberries, mild mustard creme fraiche & goat cheese crumble

House Baked Apple Strudel ~  caramel sauce & creme anglaise

Artisan Chocolate  Tulip ~ chocolate mousse & petite berry tart
